There are so many people in the world who never have the opportunity to pursue the career they love. I’m not one of them. I love what I do and since starting my career in Charlotte, NC, I’m thrilled to say that I’ve learned from so many trained professionals in my field.
WORK EXPERIENCE
SENIOR MANAGER -Â BI & ANALYTICS, RED HAT
September 2018 - Current
As the Senior Manager responsible for Analytics Platform architecture, engineering, and operations I am tasked with leading a team of direct and matrixed employees. Â This team deploys new technologies to enable analytics such as AWS, Domino Data Labs, and Tableau. Â Additionally my matrixed team is responsible for keeping our platforms operationally sound.
MANAGER - PEOPLE ANALYTICS, RED HAT
February 2015 - September 2018
I was responsible for leading an international team in delivery of HR analytics and reporting while strategically growing the team and scope. I built and executed against a multi-year growth strategy for the analytics organization while deploying enterprise dashboards. This strategy was focused on improving process, developing new solutions, and focusing on self-service analytics.
MANAGER - SYSTEMS & ANALYTICS, FAMILY DOLLAR
September 2011 - January 2015
During my tenure at Family Dollar as leader of the HR Systems and Analytics team I had purview over several different functions. Â These functions included Oracle system configuration, reporting and solution development, Talent Management system administration, Compensation planning administration, and Oracle R12 re-implementation.

While at the North Carolina Department of Revenue, and at the beginning of my tenure at Family Dollar, I had a role focused on solution development and statistical reporting. Â Solutions covered a vast range of scope from legal compliance, vendor management, statistical reporting and case management, and data integrations.

October 2017 - present
I have participated as a distance cycler and half marathon runner to support JDRF. Â In addition I am a volunteer cycle coach for all the riders in our local chapter.
JDRF BOARD MEMBER & VP OF BOARD RECRUITMENT
2018 - Present
As a member of the local market of JDRF I assist in setting the strategic direction of the chapter, engage in various fundraising activities, and help with chapter growth in membership and reach. Additionally effective July of 2019 I was elected as the VP of Board Member Recruitment.

While I graduated with a degree in Business Administration my schooling afforded me a heavy focus on tech with several courses being taken in computer programming languages and statistical analysis.
